Maverick Willett is an a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutritionist, former army ranger and former collegiate basketball player with a passion for helping women and mothers lose weight and regain control of their bodies. He works to empower women to live with balance and sustainability, especially those that have a family and kids.  His goal is to go beyond giving a guide – he teaches women WHY they should eat certain foods and give them the tools to succeed long term.
