83% of US workers suffer from
work-related stress, with 25% saying their job is the number one stressor in
their lives, according to the American
Institute of stress. By comparison nearly a third, 32% of Canadian employees
say they’re feeling tired or overworked on the job, posing concerns about a
correlation between boundaries and burnout, according to a new survey by ADP
Canada. The survey, which polled more than 700 Canadian employees, found
although two-thirds 67% feel satisfied in the workplace, more than a third 34%  said they’re unable to set boundaries at work
when it comes to preserving their work-life balance. Notably, among respondents
aged 18 to 34, more than two-fifths (43% said they’re struggling to set
work-life boundaries and 23% reported working long hours on a regular basis. As
