As a
business owner or entrepreneur when was the last time you paid any attention to
the Know, Like and Trust factor of your consumers or customer base?   Because
after all, it’s the lifeblood of your existence and your connection to being sustainable
and connecting with people from a marketing perspective.  If you need statistical evidence to support
the claim, I just made I came ready and loaded for bear.

According to
Nielsen, in its global Trust in Advertising Study in 2021, which surveyed
40,000 across 56 countries, 88% of consumers said that they trusted recommendations
from people they know, above all other forms of marketing messaging.

years of marketing experience working with one of the top brands in the world
all the way down to solopreneurs just starting out.

I started my marketing career at
Chrysler as the SRT and then Jeep Advertising Manager, I learned a lot. Then I
moved into a B2B business that didn't have the resources for marketing that I
had at Chrysler and my eyes were opened. After getting my MBA from Michigan
State I made the decision to go out on my own and have been working as an
outsourced marketing department for many small businesses and nonprofits. After
helping them grow their businesses and increase engagement, I decided to teach
and work with other small businesses that don't necessarily have the money to
hire it all out and aren't really sure where to start.

State and a Master of Accounting from Oakland University.   She joined me this week to tell me more.
