The Kansas City Chiefs have one of the most  dynamic young quarterbacks in all of football. And they have recently made certain he isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. The Chiefs and Super Bowl MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes have reached agreement on a 10-year contract extension that ties him to Kansas City through the 2031 season, the team announced.   The contract is worth a staggering $450 million over the 10-year period and could be worth up to $503 million. The extension includes a $140 million injury guarantee, as well as a no-trade clause.   With the massive deal now behind him, is there increased pressure on Mahomes to repeat as a champion next season?  What sort of impact will the contract have on the Chiefs and the league going forward?
