In
2015 Adrian Knight left a job I loved to start a business that helped senior
professionals transition out of corporate life into franchise business
ownership. The next seven years was a phenomenal journey of self-discovery,
where I got to speak to many talented individuals while learning how to build a
business.

Adrian Knight buys and sells businesses for a living (and in
the process he has built a multi-million children's education group from the
ground up - which was largely inspired by his 4-year old daughter).

However, he spends the majority of his time working on his
own personal growth and mindset, which he undoubtedly recognizes as the secret
sauce of his business success to date. Adrian has appeared in multiple
publications on M&A, entrepreneurship, small business growth and personal
development.

He regularly speaks at national and international M&A
conferences, and has mentored over 50 aspiring acquisition entrepreneurs on how
to grow or exit their existing business through M&A..

In the last couple of years, Adrian has acquired and
turnaround multiple companies, including a national franchise chain which was
on the brink of bankruptcy, taking it from a 6-figure loss to a 6-figure profit
within 12-months.  He joined me this week
