Reinvention is the action or process through which something is changed so much which it appears to be entirely new. For Dr. Candace (Candy) Campbellshe is routinely accustomed reimagining herself and getting a new lease on her professional aspirations. She’s an award-winning actor, author, and filmmaker… and NURSE.

Candy co-founded an improv and stand-up comedy group in the San Francisco Bay Area in the early ’90s, which led to three solo shows, including, An Evening With Florence Nightingale: A Reluctant Celebrity, which has played to rave reviews in 3 countries (so far).

These days, she also finds time to run her own nurse-consultant business, working with corporate and individual healthcare clients to achieve peak performance cultures and success through applied improvisational exercises from the arts. She joined me this week to tell me more.
