October is Ministers Appreciation Month and, as we often do here at Let’s Talk, we want to highlight solutions to dilemmas that are specific to the ministry family. Raising the preacher’s kids is definitely, at times, one of those dilemmas! Today our guest Casey Gibbons is joining us to school us from her own experience in raising not one, not two, but SIX preacher’s kids, elementary age through high school! Casey Gibbons and her husband Scotty have been sustained by God's strength as their family has experienced numerous health issues while homeschooling six children and serving in ministry as national leaders, authors, and pastors. They celebrated their 20th anniversary this past year and live in the Oklahoma City area as Lead Pastors at People's Church. Outside of family and ministry, Casey is active in martial arts and is working towards her Black Belt.
