Are our schools ready to adapt to climate change? How do we engage children about the future of the planet without overwhelming them?

Join CIWEM President Niki Roach and her co-host Baroness Brown as they discuss the challenges facing schools as they tackle climate change adaptation and resilience both in the classroom and the fabric of school buildings.

Season 2 kicks off with a fantastic line up of guests connecting the water & environment sector and education.  Lesley McKay, Headteacher of Moor Allerton Hall Primary School in Leeds, shares how her school have  developed a climate curriculum- and been retweeted by Greta! Daniel Johns shares his experience of being a Governor at John Burns Primary in Battersea, London. The school are about to embark on an ambitious climate adaptation programme after hot summers began to impact on the children’s learning.
