There was a bit of heartbreak for some of our Aussie athletes yesterday - from the inspirational story of BMX rider Saya Sakakibara, whose brother was supposed to race at the Olympics along side her, but suffered a brain injury in a traumatic accident. She came 6th in the quarter finals and didn't progress, to swimmer Brianna Throssel coming last in the 200m butterfly final and Australian boxer Skye Nicolson who was left in floods of tears after her quarter final loss.
