Do you feel a sense of discomfort while having difficult conversations? You are not alone. Since childhood, we’ve been told to not have the conversations that make people uncomfortable, but, these deep conversations are what help us to create change in our world.Let’s Discuss It is a podcast about these hard-learned experiences by having difficult conversations with others and myself. Along our journey, I’ll dive deep into various topics that most people are scared to even touch upon: addiction, grief, BIPOC, LGBTQ+2, body image, disabilities and much more. The podcast aims to break the mental barriers that stand in the way, the resistance you feel, or the awkwardness that creeps in when you’re having these difficult conversations. It is meant to be a starting point for you, so that you might feel a little more comfortable the next time these topics are discussed. These deep conversations are never easy to have but I promise to be transparent and vulnerable every time I speak into this microphone directly to you. Open up your minds and press the play button, together we’re about to unpack these social issues that affect us all.
