If the 1980s and 1990s are the Golden Age of many modern day wrestling fans, then the relationship those fans have had with The Ultimate Warrior may be one of the more tumultuous ones.A very polarising figure both in his time and afterwards, Warrior main evented WrestleMania, beat both Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage, participated in some of the most well remembered matches of that era, and disappeared and reappeared several times subsequent to his prime years as a draw.Or was he ever that much of a draw? Should his posthumous status, at times bordering on saint-like, be challenged? Lorcan (@lorcanmullan) grew up a Warrior fan in his earliest years of following wrestling, whereas Simon (@simoncross3) only really knew Warrior as a "legend" figure from the past. Their differing perspectives on Warrior allows for an interesting discussion over how he should be perceived and remembered.Remember to subscribe to the podcast, like our Facebook page, and follow us both on Twitter!
