Lenéa Sims is the founder of @innerplay__outerwork. We’ve known each other for years and this conversation covered so much ground and felt so nourishing to me. Whether she's teaching about self-development or systemic racism, her mission is the same: to provide a safe, communal, and fun place to learn and grow. Her work has been featured in Paper, Essence, and on stage at SXSW. We will be collaborating a lot more. As I mention in this episode, I'm a member of her antiracism practice group outer work, and now part of inner play too. I recommend them both so highly.
