Backstory


In 2017 I was depressed and suicidal. I was exhausted, I felt defeated, and ashamed of my pain so I hid it away. Until one day the thought of dying was more appealing than living and it scared me. So I went to a therapist and over the course of a year, I learned the tools that I am going to share with you today that helped save my life.


Not only did these tools save my life, but they prepared me for becoming a business owner, and have helped keep me happy and sane even during a pandemic and world-changing events.
