Angel is the son of the owners of Los Tres Cochinitos and the owner of Al Cien Mariscos y Mas. He has been a staple of the community here in Wilmington, he is part of the winter produced every year and donates to local school charities. On this episode we get talk about his journey through learning how to run a business, we talk about his life after jail, and we talk about food and how he comes up with the idea for his menu.
