My guess on today's episode are Luis Antonio Pichardo, Jeremy Arias
They are members of DSTL Arts. A 501c3 nonprofit arts mentorship organization that inspires, teaches, and hires emerging artists from underserved communities. DSTL Arts is an organization based in Los Angeles. They achieve their mission through multiple programs and services that inspire people of all ages in our community, and they empower them to be the artists they know themselves to be. Luis is the founder and creator of DSTL Arts, created this program to help those that could not seek a higher education, or simply those that have a dream of writing but do not know how to get started. They provide mentorship and guidance not only to students coming out of high school but also adults that might have thought it was too late to follow a dream they might have abandoned years past. On this episode we talk about why he started DSTL Arts, the programs they offer, and how you can submit your work so they can feature in on one of there biannual zines.
