My guest on today's episode is Kelsey Arellano

Kelsey Barillas, is a Mexican-American bilingual Clinical Psychotherapist in the San Diego County. Kelsey is a first generation college graduate, with a Masters in Clinical Psychology, from Pepperdine University.
Kelsey currently practices with a range of therapeutic techniques for Achieve Medical Center in Eastlake, Chula Vista. She works with individuals, couples, children (ages 10+), adolescents, and their families with different types of mental health, emotional, and adjustment issues. Most of her patients are from the local neighborhoods which consist of a large percentage of the Latinx and the military community.
Kelsey is very passionate about what she does and she puts her heart in all of the projects and roles she plays.
She is a therapist, speaker/facilitator, advocate, entrepreneur with an upcoming clothing line @humanityline_, writer @kbeautifulmind_, and self published Author of “How I became the love of my life - A Memoir,” and last but not least, podcast founder and host of @Acaentrenos__
