Fourth-generation Angeleno, Jon SooHoo, grew up with a view of Dodger Stadium from his backyard, listening to Vin Scully's broadcasts never imagining that one day he'd become the LA Dodgers team photographer. From his days covering the USC Trojans in college to eventually becoming the LA Dodgers official team photographer in 1995, Jon has covered every major sporting event from the Stanley Cup, the Super Bowl, the World Series, and the NBA Finals. Here, Jon discusses his shooting process, the iconic shots from Kirk Gibson's '88 World Series Home Run, as well as, how sports photography is changing with the rapid advancement of technology in and around the industry.
