Our heroes had an unsettling night of dreams as they settle their hotel bills and get ready to head out back to Helm Bloodtooth. But before they leave, Finley needs to make her goodbyes to her in laws who have been hosting her. It’s a touching episode of Laia, as Finley and Petros try to make Finley’s surrogate family understand her role as an adventurer - while Hugo and Chalva wait in the wagons.

Enter the world of Laía, a continent torn in half by a dark abyss filled with monsters. When the darkness begins to spill out of the gash in the earth, our heroes are tasked with maintaining the balance that holds this fractured world together.
