How well do you honor your word? How often do you honor your word? Ask yourself those question and be brutally honest with your answer. 2. We often quit when we know we shouldn’t. I don’t think all types of quitting are bad but the question is do you quit when it gets tough — even when you know it’s the right thing for you. I used to quit and whine a lot, but I’ve learned that to get things done you have to push through the difficult times. Remember, there is always a solution to your problem. 3. How well trained are you for the type of life that you want? This point stuck out to me. You heard how in the Navy SEALs they train through hellish circumstances. Although we will never see combat, we will face situations that will test us. And here’s the question, how well trained are you for that?   What an incredible story! After such a powerful interview I would love to know: What can you do to be better? Please, post you answer in the comment section or email me at  .  I’d love to hear from you!   Resources: Book:   Connect with Thom:   Thanks for Listening!
