In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed... 4th Amendment.

But what if the computer software that selects persons to serve as potential jurors just leaves a large, pre-determined group of the population out? What if no females are chosen? What about certain ethnicities? What about a particular age group? Can a jury be an "impartial" jury if a certain group of people has been discriminately precluded from serving as jurors? What would that do to the justice system?
