Hey, everyone!  Welcome back to another episode of Leaving The Nest.  I’m your host, Kathleen Pellegrino from ROCS Grad Staffing. Our mission is to help you find a job out of college and thrive in the real world.  This is Part 2 of the Time-Off Requests mini-series.

In the first episode, we spoke primarily about when to take time off, how to take it, making sure you know who to talk to, and general best practices.

For this episode, we are going to assume you’ve been given the green light to take time off and I want to make sure you’re setting yourself and your team up for success so you can enjoy your time away.

Don’t forget to share this episode with others you know who are just starting out in their careers —you might be able to coordinate your time-off requests together!  (Just don’t forget to put that time on your calendars!)

Enjoy!
