ALTIS Connect - MVT Screening, Assessment and Intervention w Pfaff, Starrett, Cubos and the Livingstons

In this episode, I was invited to steward a performance conversation with an experienced group of human performance practitioners around the subject of movement screening, assessment, and intervention.  Having coach Dan Pfaff introduce the session with a 30-minute walkthrough of their Living Screen process (you can find that gem on the ALTIS website (https://altis.world/) was a great introduction.  Taking the insights from the likes of physical therapist Kelly Starrett, chiropractor Jeff Cubos, and athletic therapist Jaime Livingston who all hold professional capacity in performance training as well, was a powerful look at how these different practitioners see and change movement, or when they choose not to intervene.
