The Coach Hammer Podcast uses baseball as a vehicle to take your game to the next level! Through techniques, philosophies and lessons from not only the game of baseball; but also in leadership, culture, professional development and life. Each episode is a digestible 10 minute run time giving you the weekly boost to crush your physical and mental limitations in sports as well as help you come up with a strategy and plan to unlock personal performance to develop your fullest potential! Every lesson is broken down into simple actionable steps to get you to be the best athlete and person you are capable of.

Coach Josh Hammer takes the lessons off of the field and into the headset with personal philosophies & techniques, but also depth conversations with Former and current professional athletes, coaches, bright minds across different disciplines and top notch hungry learners in leadership positions who walk the talk in their leadership roles!
