Episode 64: Finding 1,000 Loyal Customers with Hernan Sias

On today’s episode of Leafy Podcast, hosts Brian and Jennifer interview one of the Business Bros Podcast hosts Hernan Sias.  Hernan has a number of certifications and professional designations - from high school financial algebra teacher, licensed in real estate sales, life and health licensing, CTEC certified tax professional and a degree in accountancy.  Hernan and his co-host James Sias (his brother) have been educating their audience in real estate investing and financial freedom from their podcast, blog, YouTube channel and coaching program.  Hernan tells us that how you provide the value of your podcast as it grows is how you will reach your first 1,000 raving fans.  He tells us that you don’t need to have millions of listeners like Joe Rogan, you just need to concentrate on your first hardcore fans, they will be the ones who rely on you for valuable content and become your most loyal customers. Hernan also says to help people in a very targeted way.  Solve a problem, answer a question for your audience and you will entice them to come back and keep listening. He reminds us that we need to be consistent in our practices to add content regularly so that our audience knows when to expect more education from us.  He leaves us with a reminder that during this Covid-19 epidemic, we need to be innovative.  Don’t be afraid to pivot and find opportunities rather than wait in fear for the pandemic to end.
