Evan tells us that not measuring conversion and having the right data in place to track every marketing dollar spent and how much you are making back is usually the downfall for companies that are wasting money in marketing. Evan says, don’t be your own hero in your marketing; instead, you are the guide there to help the customer win the day. The customer is the hero. Evan’s great advice is to just remember, you are there to help your customer solve a problem that they have and your product is the solution. Instead of thinking you have to sell people, think, you have to help people.
