Out of college, Ellis started a Christian non-profit focused on serving the San Diego community.  While in the process of helping his community, he also wanted to create generational wealth for his family and the families in his community and began to research investing in multifamily apartments in emerging real estate markets across the U.S. Today, he has a wealth building model aligned with respected and proven professionals who are investing in income-producing real estate that has value add opportunity through rehab, remodel, or rebranding. Ellis says in pooling resources with his investors, they grow both the reach and scope of their portfolio, and thus multiply their return on investment.
