It could be lonely being an entrepreneur. That’s why you have to have the dedication to push harder. At the same time, you have to stay playful to keep things fun, especially when you’re thinking of scaling the business. Ultimately, for you to be successful, you have to be the best expression of that authentic version of yourself.

In today’s episode, we’re joined by Jason Skeesick, a U.S. Army veteran, coach, entrepreneur, and Dynasty Builder.  He is a father, husband, fighter, and carrier of heavy things.  Jason’s company, Spear and Clover, helps entrepreneurs who have gotten as far as they can by themselves. They have put in hard work, overcome obstacles, and learned to wear all of the “hats,” and yet still somehow, can't seem to take it to the next level. Jason helps passionate entrepreneurs create Dynasty Organizations, built around them, but not reliant upon them.

We'll talk about:

Jason's journey from the military to corporate banking to entrepreneurship. Jason will share his story of how he found his core values and the meaning behind his brand, Spear and Clover. Jason will share how he helps people build a business that is scalable and can be sold if success comes knocking. The importance of having a purpose and maintaining a spirit of curiosity in life. The plus equals minus model of personal growth
