Last week, I reflected on some of the things that happened here on Creating Your Encore Career in 2021. I thanked many of the people who helped me make everything happen and looked back at the changes we made and our accomplishments over the past year.

Today, I discuss my intentions for 2022. Throughout the episode, I share some new things I want to implement here on the podcast in the new year. I also discuss some of my goals regarding my personal encore career.

Finally, in this episode I share some of the mindset goals I’m setting this year. Being on the encore career path myself, I've learned that mindset is what really holds us back. Our mindsets deserve more attention than we typically give them. So, today I’ll explain how I plan to make some personal mindset changes.
