He is experienced in Human Resources, Labor Relations, partnering with senior leaders, collective bargaining, and supporting both manufacturing and admin/professional employee groups. Throughout his career, Dan was a strong leader.

Dan also recently posted a summary on LinkedIn of his observations on his first year of retirement. Because that was such a significant transition for him, he has a lot of wisdom to share on seasons of transition. In this episode, he is sharing his perspective on preparing for and transitioning into the next chapter of life.
