Skill 4 - Change Leadership and Management
Skill 5 - Building Talent
Skill 6 - Data and Numerical Literacy
This is a brief overview of some key skills for Digital Leadership. It is not the whole picture, but helps to set the stage for our journey on Leading The Factory Forward into a digital future. Among the many skills needed to Lead Your Factory Forward, here are some to start considering. You can’t work on them all at once, but have the list on your phone, computer, or desk to check back on.
