This week I reflect on the theme of finding your people*. Why it's important, how we can do it and why it can so exciting when we do. This theme was inspired from last episode's conversation with Sean Morrow who spoke about how he really started to understand his Good Work after finding his tribe while travelling in his 20s.   The Good Work Revolution Podcast is for people who are creating businesses, shaping new careers, building social enterprises, creating new ways of working, embracing a multi-passionate work life, working their way, exploring entrepreneurship, changing organisations for the better and so much more. In this episode I introduce myself, what to expect from the podcast and a bit about how you can join the Good Work Revolution. Please feel free to come and join the GWR Facebook group at http://facebook.com/groups/goodworkrevolution You can find me at: My Website: http://katemccready.com Instagram: http://instagram.com/katemccreadyhq Facebook: http://facebook.com/katemccready.com Twitter: http://twitter.com/katemccready

*Note: This episode was originally called 'Finding your Tribe'. I am now aware that using the word 'tribe' is not culturally appropriate. I have changed the title of the episode, but please note this work is still used in the episode itself.

I, like many other, am learning. Here's an article you can read if you'd like some context.
