This week I reflect on a number of themes around growing our good work. The idea of starting small, rather than not starting at all and accepting and embracing the fact that our purpose will grow and change over time. This theme was inspired from my last episode's conversation with Danielle Malik who spoke about feeling she wanted to 'up-level' on the problems she was trying to solve through her work. It's easy to feel that we are never doing enough in out good work and we can always be doing better. I encourage you though to see this desire to do more as positive. That you are only growing and evolving as a change maker - wanting to do more to help others and the world around you.
