Today we're talking with Jeannie Gainsburg, who is an award winning educational trainer and consultant in the field of LGBTQ+ inclusion and effective allyship.

She's the founder of Savvy Ally Action, and author of the book, The Savvy Ally - A Guide For Becoming a Skilled LGBTQ+ Advocate.

Jeannie has a BA in psychology and a MA in social work, and she received the distinction from the New York State Assembly to be a distinguished educational and human rights service person. So she has done wonderful and great things.
