Elizabeth Borelli is the author of the book, Breathe Into Breakthrough. She is a certified life coach (and yoga teacher) who helps growth oriented people to manage negative thinking patterns, shift out of old habits, and move from stuck to unstoppable.

Elizabeth has spent the last decade studying habit change starting with health and wellness.
