Big Stick policy, in American history, is a policy popularized by US President Theodore Roosevelt that asserted U.S. domination.


A soft voice makes people feel relaxed and open. It conveys your love, respect, and gratitude. 


This makes it easier for you to share your opinions and also for them to improve on the feedback. Your job is to uplift the people around you, and being soft-spoken voice does just that.
