There is never enough time in the week for you and your team to get things done.  You certainly do not want to add to that problem.  Instead of just focusing on what the team is doing, have you ever considered how the team is doing it?  How they handle conflict, day to day interactions with the Customer, how much ownership they have on the team?  Every team deserves to be a high functioning and productive unit.  That starts with you, the Leader.

Have you ever thought about how your words, attitude and directions affect how your team works?  Your team will go where you send them but, have you ever thought about where you are sending them mentally?  Or, what has been allowed to go with the team that is holding them back?  We'll talk about that and simple steps you can take as the Leader to get the most out of your team.
