Chelsey Falzone is the Manager of Youth Engagement for the Minnesota Twins. She started with the organization while still in college playing softball for Bethel University. Chelsey details her growth from intern to full time to now manager of the program for which she got her first internship. Chelsey does everything with her whole heart and it's clear to see why she has become the leader she is today.

We will talk about the power sports have on communities, specifically youth sports, how to be a great leader, get vulnerable about our mistakes…we all make them but its rare to actually admit them with true honesty! We hope these admissions help you to learn and to feel seen.
