The Art of the Meeting, pt2

When we take the time to set the atmosphere, it tells people that they are important and have been invited to something important. Comfortable chairs and favorable lighting can make all the difference in people’s ability to receive and engage in a meeting. Preparing questions ahead of time to promote engagement and discussion is a must during preparation.
