Formerly Chair, Department of Psychology, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C., he subsequently served as the Command Psychologist, 902d Military Intelligence Group, Fort Meade, MD, supporting strategic counterintelligence and counterespionage programs worldwide. Col. Williams consulted to the CIA’s Damage Assessment Team of former FBI agent and convicted spy, Robert Hanssen and has supported Special Operations Command including Operation Iraqi Freedom.
