In today's episode of Leaders of Tomorrow, Chris Thomson chats with Lucas Bonneau, who is in his third year with the program. In his first year, Lucas was a production manager, and last year he set the all-time rookie record for Quebec. Lucas is also a mini-coach in the program. His goal is to double his business this coming season.

Chris and Lucas discuss the transformation he's achieved as part of the program, who he's become and the types of people he's surrounding himself with.

During the episode, Lucas shares his journey from being a relatively typical 19 year old boy to becoming a first-year operator and now successful mini-coach, and the valuable lessons he learned as a result.

They delve into the importance of being able to delegate responsibilities to the team. They also discuss the difficulties that arise when you constantly leave tasks until the last minute.

They highlight Lucas' passion and commitment for leadership and for his team, the operators and leaders he works with in Quebec.

Luca also reflects on the reasons that one opportunity can have a massive impact on everything they want to achieve in life.
