Edward Jones has an interesting on-boarding process where young advisors are required to go door to door to sign up clients. Jason’s reveals how his Student Works experience help him hit the ground running as he managed to sign up 100 clients in 4 years.

With conversion rates of barely 1%-2%, this industry, Jason reveals is an extremely tough one which teaches you how to take rejection in your stride. Listeners will also learn how Jason has painstakingly managed to gain his client’s trust to build up his business from the ground up over a span of 10 years.
