In this episode, Chabidaye discusses:

Taking inventory of your winsReflecting and rememberingCasting a vision, living your dreamSetting a destination

Key Takeaways:

Start the year by focusing on the wins - both big and small - that you’ve had last year. Ponder each month and search for each win, each goal that you’ve achieved, each lesson you’ve learned or skill you’ve adapted or improved. End the year with deep contemplation and reflection of all things that have happened. Reflect on how much joy you feel about what you’re doing right now, does it fill you with fulfillment? Remember the major events that impacted you throughout. Think about all the things you want to accomplish, using your wins and reflections of what you want to improve on as a basis. Cast a vision and live your dream. Don’t spend the next year drifting aimlessly  or living someone else’s dreams. When you plan, make it a “draft” plan. Recognize that the plan may change as you grow and transform throughout the year. Plan each quarter of the year and add details as you get there. There isn’t ever only one road towards your goal, what’s important is that you know where you want to be.

"You may think that you didn’t achieve the big goal so you shouldn’t celebrate but every progress that you make towards that big goal is a cause for celebration." —  Chabidaye Jaglal Ramnath
