What An Exciting Life

“What An Exciting Life” delivered by Pastor Wade and a Brother Gabriel was inspiring, exhilarating, and brazenly transparent. What does it look like to step out in faith in the midst of what seems to be certain peril? To have the sentence of death upon you, without any chance of salvation if the Lord did not intervene on your behalf? Through the lives of men like Jacob and Samson, we are being reminded and inspired to dance again with our King to the tunes of dangerous melodies. This was how we entered the Kingdom at the beginning of our walk. Not playing it safe or standing indifferent to the circumstances around us. Rather, realizing that the testimonies we have today, were as a result of finding ourselves in perilous situations, while trusting our great God in the midst of it. Only to then watch him come through with the saving power of His right hand. This is what it means to have an exciting life in the Kingdom of God. That in spite of our failures and difficulties, our merciful Lord can still bring sweetness right out of that situation which then revives our souls. What daring acts of faith are still awaiting you to step into? What deeds are left for you to do in order to bring glory to your King? What is it, that will follow you into eternity? For us here at LCM, it is the exciting life to gain all we have, by giving up everything for our King.
