In this episode Haley and Amy talk about mindfulness.  There are so many ways to practice mindfulness and those ways can and should be individual to you.  Haley shared some her of favorites techniques - meditation, breathing, and making a list.  Amy realized that she has mindfulness practices without even knowing it.  Whatever your mindfulness journey - it should help you get more centered in a way that makes sense for you.
