Our guest today is Ricky Volante. Ricky is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of the PCL (The Professional Collegiate League) which is the first professional collegiate sports league. He is also the Founder of The Volante Law Firm, a boutique firm focused on sports, entertainment, and corporate law.

In this interview Ricky speaks to LawInSport's founder and CEO, Sean Cottrell, about the entrepreneurial issues that come with setting up a professional sports league such as venue management, merchandising rights, media rights and employment contracts. Ricky also talks about the importance of funding athletes education without limitations that follow in the current NCAA model athletes and how the PCL Foundation plan to address this.

We thoroughly enjoyed the interview and took a lot away from it. We hope you do the same.
