Cristina Cambo was born in Newark, New Jersey and grew up in Orlando, Florida. Ms. Cambo is bilingual in Spanish and is a dual citizen of the United States and Spain. She graduated with Honors from Wake Forest University in 2006, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a double-minor in Anthropology and International Studies. She earned her law degree as a merit scholar at Stetson University College of Law in 2011, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. While on the Moot Court Board, Ms. Cambo was awarded Best Claimant’s Brief at the 2011 Willem C. Vis (East – Hong Kong) Moot and Honorable Mention for Best Respondent’s Brief in the same competition. She also received the Victor O. Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, the Book Award in Comparative Corporate Governance, and served as a research assistant to Professor Luz Nagle. Ms. Cambo also interned with the Chief Judge of the Middle District of Florida in 2009.
