Since its launch in 2020, they have become one the fastest growing and influential digital communities created by and for Latinas. The organization was founded by a group of powerful Latina representing different paths and careers: America Ferrera, Carmen Perez, Christy Haubegger, Elsa Collins, Eva Longoria, Jess Morales Rocketto, Mónica Ramírez, Olga Segura, Stephanie Valencia and Alexandra Martinez-Kondracke.
