I will tell you from experience that is the incorrect thing to do. The first thing one must do is get very clear as to what you want as an investor and why you want it. Once you do this you have the power to make offers on deals that meet YOUR criteria not what the market is doing or what other think you should pay for a property. Of course this is within reason. This interview is great because we talk about the current HOT market and how many are over paying for Real Estate and how your power is determined on how well you know what you want as an investor.
