Instagram is both a blessing and a curse.

For me, I've connected with people all over the world via Instagram...it's been an amazing tool to make new connections. At the same time, I've wasted hundreds of hours watching posts and content that really did nothing for me.

In today's episode, we talk about Instagram and you need to make sure you have a plan when you log in to your account. Life's too short for us to spend 20% of life looking at how everyone else is living their life. We only have so much time and we need to make the most of it...and watching an hour or Reels a day most likely leaves you feeling empty inside.
