Ep 207. Mo Hamil of Lash Out Gives Insights into Salon Ownership

We love salon owners! We say this all the time on our show that they are the unsung heroes of our industry. Lash artists look up to brand owners and trainers but rarely do I hear praise for salon owners. It's one of those odd things in our lash culture that I can't really explain.

Today we are honored to have Mo Hamil from Lash Out on our show and we dig into what it's like to be a salon owner. While salon owners are often demonized by employees in this industry most solo lash artists say they too want to be a salon owner someday. We are excited to have Mo explain her journey and give you some insights into what it's like. Our hope is that your eyes are wide open before you hire that first team member.
